20 pushups - no weight and off box
30 situps
40 squats
Going camping tomorrow for 8 days :)  So very excited!  After that we are going to visit family.  I am feeling so guilty about not going to crossfit for the next 2 1/2 weeks.  I am going to try and post all of my activities and wods from the campsite :)

I got 3 rounds of the running and 2 full rounds and 400m of the rowing.  I am very proud of myself this morning...  I did my first 1000m run without stopping.  I can definitely tell I am improving.  That makes this all worth the effort :)
