Dear Journal

Why are we so hard on ourselves??  I KNOW that I shouldn't be and that I should be happy with what I have already achieved, however that is never the case!
Wasn't nearly has happy with my workout today.  I feel like I could have done a better job.

WOD - 7 rounds of:

7 deadlifts (45lbs)
100m sprint (I actually ran today again!!)
15 pull ups (I did 10)

I believe my time was 23:30

I am happy with my running but definitely not proud of my lifts.  I really wish I could have pushed harder to do 15.

Breakfast this morning was leftovers - Porkchops and yams which I had after I worked out.

Lunch - baked green pepper stuffed with tuna, cucumbers and tomatoes!
