Dear Journal

I am finding it a little more difficult to log in my food journal.  Life has just consumed me lately.
So much to do and so much running around.
Thursday's WOD was "DT"  I did it at 55lbs.  I also moved bands again.  I am at blue/black :) YAY me!!!

I have tried a few more new foods.

Kale Chips


I can definitely tolerate avocado in guacamole form much better than eating it raw :)  So my goal for this upcoming week is to continue with the water, cutting out wheat, adding more healthy fats and adding more fish :)

Good day today.  Had a nice big omelette with ham for a late breakfast and then hamburgers without buns and salad for dinner.
