Dear Journal

Went to the gym this morning...

WOD

Shoulder Press 2 x 5 max for me was 70lbs
Front squat 3 x 5 max for me was 55lbs
Weighted pull ups 5 x 3 ... ya I may be on the black and blue belt for a little while :(

Last nights dinner was ribs and salad
Lunch yesterday was a large salad with chicken :)  Yummy!!

Breakfast this morning is going to be an omelette with ham!

Dinner is pork tenderloin and salad ...

Things are getting easier.  I still struggle with the water though.  I honestly forget to drink...
